I have always had a passion for music and sound. Composing music is such a big part of my life. I also enjoy creating sound design for TV and film. Using sound is a creative and exciting approach that allows me to enhance any story.
When I look at a film or other visual medium, my mind immediately tells me what sounds it may need. It could be music or some other sounds that I create for the picture. I believe it is important to make the correct aesthetic choice for every situation.
Working on different projects has allowed me to be a more creative composer. I have created music compositions for several short films. I want to combine sound design with my original music to tell a more complete and supportive story. Troy
